Product & Descriptions

We endeavour to ensure all the product description on our website is accurate. The information we have been given by our supplier for their products we use on our website.

With each individual product list, we do state that some of the products that we offer are handmade and are made from natural/organic materials. We ensure the colours in the images are accurate however, please be aware the colours and finishes of the item may vary depending on the computer screen or mobile screen and this cannot be classified as faulty product or error. If you decide to return the items this is classified as change of mind and will be at the expense of the customer.

All return items must still remain in original packaging as new.

Pricing & GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Online prices may be subject to change without notice.

Subscribe to Willow Dried Florals VIP account receive exclusive discounts and other offers.

Orders

All transactions will be charged by ‘Kljaic Corporation Pty Ltd’. This will be displayed in your bank statement description.

Once you have placed your order and processed your payment we will provide you with order confirmation. At check out you have the options of paying via Visa/MasterCard or Direct Bank Transfer. For bank Direct Bank Transfer option, we will email you an invoice. Orders cannot be dispatched until payments have cleared into Kljaic Corporation Pty Ltd Westpac bank account.

We do not accept cancellations of orders once payment is made. You have authorised us to charge your credit card or Bank Transfer. By continuing to purchase products through this website you have full understanding of this agreement.

Payment options & Security

Willow Dried Florals accepts payments from customers in Australia only via Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer. If you select payment via EFT you can request this option at check out. Bank details will be displayed if you select this option.

For all EFT bank transfers, we cannot pack and ship your order until payment has been cleared.

We use industry standard encryption to keep your personal information secure throughout the payment process. Credit card and bank information are not permanently stored. If a customer’s card is used fraudulently, we will not be liable for any damages or losses directly or indirectly.

Cancellations

Once payment has been made your order cannot be cancelled.

Once order have been shipped, cancellation and changes will not be possible.

Shipping

Willow Dried Florals ship orders via Australia Post and may use other freight carriers depending on the items purchased. Customers will be provided with tracking details to track their order. Ensure you check your inbox and junk inbox.

We generally dispatch within 2-3 business of receipt of order.

Depending on the order and customer’s location, shipping time can vary.

For regular post may take 5-10 business days. Shipping rate starting from $14.95

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for late delivery caused by Australia Post or other freight carriers as this is out of the control of Willow Dried Florals. Shipping information will be provided to you once your order is dispatched.

Returns

Refund policy.

Please choose products carefully as we do not refund or exchange Change Of Minds purchases.

For faulty or damaged items please contact us within 7 days of the date you received your order.

Damaged in transit

Unfortunately items can occasionally get damaged in transit.

If the items you have ordered arrive damaged, you will need to provide us with photos or video showing the damage immediately. We will then share your feedback with our courier drivers to ensure quality of delivery is improved. We will also ensure packaging is improved.

Depending on the circumstances, we will work with you to find the right remedy solution.

Facebook & Instagram

The purpose of our Facebook and Instagram pages is to inspire our Willow Dried Florals fans. All contributions are welcome such as comments, photos & videos. To ensure our pages stay positive and respectful for everyone, we ask you to follow some simple guidelines.

We delete posts that we consider offensive, off topic, spam, advertising, sexually inappropriate, threatening, abusive, hateful, profane or defamatory. We accept feedback whether it is negative or positive as we believe any feedback is always a good feedback to help us improve our services.

You may share our materials online however you should always post with attribution and not use it for any commercial purposes or claim it as your own. We support the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. Our Facebook and Instagram pages adhere to relevant policies. We reserve the right to ban any users who do not abide by these guidelines.

Review Moderation Policies

We evaluate each product review submission to ensure it is legitimate, appropriate, non – contradictory, and we protect the privacy of our customers.

We welcome genuine product reviews. We love hearing from you and the products you purchased from us.

The following content included in a review will violate our moderation policies and will cause the review to be rejected.

Unlawful, misleading, profane, offensive inappropriate, threatening, abusive, hateful content or defamatory.

Do you offer a refund?

No. We do not offer refund for change of mind purchases.

Can I make changes or cancel my order once been submitted?

To cancel or change your order once submitted please send us an email marked as urgent to accounts@willowdriedflorals.com.au within 24 hours prior to shipping scheduled date. For cancellations, we will refund the full amount paid less $15.00 administration fee.

Does Willow Dried Florals have a retails shop?

Yes. We have recently opened our showroom in Leppington NSW. Here you can pick up your order and view our products.
